FIT: When your pet measurements falls in between sizes always chose the larger fit. The most important measurements is the chest. If the measurements of the chest is the same as the specs of our jacket, then choose the next size up.

If you are not happy with a product you purchased, you can return it to us and once we receive it we will issue a refund. Product must be in clean condition with original packaging and hangtags.

Came on time, product is exactly as expected, keeps my lil guy warm and most importantly, he looks adorable.
Amazing parka!! 10+ years and counting
Excellent! I’ve had my little guys parka for over 10 years and it’s still in perfect shape. Even through crazy Ottawa winters with lots of snow, salt and slush it looks great. No pilling or anything. Even the fur trimmed hood is great after being washed in the washing machine. Zippers are still perfect. I would highly recommend this parka to anyone looking for a warm and adorable dog jacket for winter.

Canada CanadaIt’s ok but I wouldn’t order again
It’s super cute but I found that it wasn’t symmetrical and leans more on one side because the way the zipper is on the side. The zipper should’ve been underneath the chest for a proper fit. I felt that it was over priced for what I got. It’s also thin for a winter jacket considering other winter jackets I’ve gotten for my dog in the past. To me it’s more of a cold fall, spring jacket.

Hello Isabella, that you for taking time to write a review. Thickness of the jacket material does not equal warmth. Our jacket is lightweight because it is lined with 3M thinsulate lining which is very warm. This type of lining is used in ski jackets, gloves, winter boots because it is lightweight and warmth. Your pet will be well protected against our cold Canadian winter. We designed our zipper on the side after consulting with pet stores and consumers who thought it made it easier to zip on. We always stirve to improve our product, as such I will advise our design team to look into this .

Very Quick turnaround. Ordered on a Monday evening and it was delivered to my home by Thursday. Great quality and the fur trim is a nice touch. Dog and Husband love it!
