Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.

We make every effort to check our products against manufacturing defects. If you purchased a product that is damaged or wish to return it for any other reason, please contact us at Info@togpetwear.com for a return authorization.  Product must me in clean condition, with original packaging and hangtags.

You are responsible to ship the items back to us.
